Really??

I just had a sweet conversation with someone on the phone from the State of Utah... I said, "I just don't understand how someone that is trying so hard to better their life by working and going to school, raise a family, are US citizens and have a perfect legal record can't get any help at all with any kind of medical coverage.  Neither one of our employers offer it so we pay A LOT of money every month to a Health Insurance Company that hardly covers ANYTHING."  She then said, "Well, welcome to the United States of America!  People who work hard don't get any help... That's just how it is."  Legit conversation.  I am blown away.  Too bad I can't move to another country and become an illegal alien and have all the hard working citizens there take care of me and my family... oh wait... I already live in that country.  This BLOWS.  No wonder this country is so messed up financially.
