Oh man... it's been way too long since I've blogged! Things have been a bit crazy around here. Well, first of all... Dan adopted Lily on Monday, May 17th! It was sooo cool! We are so excited! Lily's favorite thing is that her name is FINALLY Lily Belle HEATH! Yay for her! My favorite part about it is that it was our last step to having her sealed to us! We finally will be a whole complete Eternal Family! We are set to be sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on May 29th! We couldn't be happier! Next on the agenda... CaLiFoRnIa!!! Yay! We went on the most awesome trip as a family a few weeks ago! We visited Dan's old mission companion, spent some time at Huntington Beach, spent 3 fantastic days at Disneyland/California Adventure and just plain had fun! With Dan going to school full time and working full time... then me working part time and well... just running things around this place.. it was sure nice to just be a family all together 24 hours a day for a whole week! It was hilarious too... turns out Lily LOVES roller coasters! I thought we would have to beg her to get on the Dumbo ride! Complete opposite happened. She rode space mountain and splash mountain 3 or 4 times! And get this- she bawled her eyes out when we measured her and found she was about 1 and 1/2 inches too short for California Screamin'! How awful! In trying to calm her down, Dan said, "It's OK Lily... you'll be tall enough next year! We'll come back and I'll take you! It's OK! Don't cry!" Hahahahaha.... he promised her another trip to Disneyland! Ha! Guess we'll see how that works out! All in all I could probably write a novel about our trip... but let's be honest. I don't have that kind of time!
