Just new fun news...

So yesterday was April Fool's Day and Lily wanted to play a joke on Daddy. She wanted to put a pretend snake on his pillow but, she has done that before so I had to talk her out of it. Then, she wanted to put real goldfish in the bathtub... but I really really didn't want to do that for more than one specific reason! So... instead, we took his pillows out of their cases and hid them under his bed. Then, we filled his pillow cases with plastic grocery bags (see Grandma... I found another use for them!) and then made the bed oh so discreetly. When Dan came home late that night and crawled into bed... he laughed. He thought it was pretty funny, that is, until he wanted to know where his pillows were! Hahaha... it was late and I was tired.. so i just told him. It was fun though. Nothing like what London did to Ryan... THAT was priceless! Ha! Anyway...two very important and exciting things happened today! First... Dan put up primer in our little basement salon! Woo hooo! It's an exciting first step! I can't wait to have my own salon to do hair in! It will be great! It was fun working down there. I'm actually starting to picture what it could really look like! It's going to be so nice to have an extra 1100 square feet to actually "live" in! AND next... our attorney called us with fantastic news! We had sent "Involuntary Relinquishment" papers to Lily's biological father's parents' house and guess what??? He actually called our attorney, told her he would sign them and asked how she would like them returned! AWESOME! We are just one step closer to having Lily sealed to us! I couldn't be happier. I am so grateful to everyone that has helped this come along and I so hope that everyone can come celebrate our sealing when it happens!
